A large Construction Company in Riyadh urgently looking for the following positions, preference will be given to Candidates with Gulf Experience and Saudi Nationals.

1. Project Director – Western Expat

2. Construction Director – Western Expat or Saudi National

3. Commercial Manager – Western Expat or Saudi National with Subcontract Management Experience

4. Senior Commercial Manager – Western Expat or Saudi National, Forensic and Claims, FRICS

5. Commercial Manager – Western Expat, Forensic and Claims, RICS

6. Planning Manager – Western Expat, Forensic and Claims

7. Senior Planning Engineer – Forensic and Claims

8. Project Manager – Tower Experience – Multiple Buildings is must

9. Project Manager – (2 off Positions) Low Rise Experience – Multiple Buildings)

10. Night Shift Works Manager – Project Manager Level

11. Planning Engineer – High Rise Experience is must

12. Construction Managers (4 Off Positions) 2 High Rise / 2 Low Rise Experience

13. QAQC Manager -Western Expat or Saudi National

14. Design Manager – Architecture qualified must

15. Land Surveyors (6 positions)

16. Assistant Surveyors (6 positions)
